For Dr Aleena Elizabeth Andrews, radiology became the foundation for a journey into entrepreneurship—a path that extends beyond interpreting images to building an organisation around how radiology services are delivered.

Her medical education took her from Government Medical College, Thrissur, to postgraduate training in Radiodiagnosis at Government Medical College, Calicut, followed by Senior Residency in Thrissur. Her clinical experience includes CT, MRI and teleradiology, bringing clinical practice and remote reporting workflows into the same professional experience.

Through XPERIARAD SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, she took on a different set of responsibilities: shaping services, developing working relationships and bringing clinical priorities into business decisions. Entrepreneurship offered a way to apply her radiology background to the design of the service itself.

A focused international direction.

DoctorsRAD carries that direction forward as XperiaRAD’s specialist initiative focused on international radiology reporting partnerships. Its central idea is straightforward: reporting support should be built around the healthcare organisation—its people, its workflow and its clinical requirements.

Building such an initiative calls for the discipline to define responsibilities, the willingness to listen and the patience to develop relationships. It is an entrepreneurial journey grounded in clinical work, with a focus on how expertise and coordination can come together.
