Information you provide

Business and professional enquiries can include your name, email, phone number, country, organisation, role and the business or professional details you choose to supply. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the relevant services, partnerships or opportunities.

The second-opinion callback form collects your own contact details, country, enquiry relationship, preferred contact method and agreement to be contacted. It does not request diagnoses, medical records or image uploads. Any subsequent clinical process is arranged separately.

Website and delivery providers

The website is hosted by Netlify. Submitted enquiries are stored in Netlify Forms, and email notifications are sent to the DoctorsRAD team at xperiarad@gmail.com using Gmail. These providers may process information on infrastructure outside your country.

Sanity supplies published blog content and images. Netlify and content providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and operation. This application does not enable advertising pixels, marketing analytics or session recording.
